This light and lovely yellow printed fabric covered in seahorses, jellyfish, starfish, embellished with a fun blue trim that reminds me of fins, pretty blue button, Swanke Diva in lime green, ties and neck and waist, 100% cotton fabric, polyester trim. Machine wash delicate, tumble dry low or hang to dry, iron as need, do not iron trim. One size fits most.
